Planting & Care Tips

Plant Rotala Wallichii Vietnam stems individually in suitable aquarium substrate, leaving enough space between stems for light penetration and healthy growth. Grouping several stems together creates a fuller, more attractive display.

Provide suitable lighting, stable CO₂ supplementation and balanced macro- and micronutrients. Soft water and consistent fertilisation can help support healthy foliage and attractive colour development.

Trim the stems regularly to maintain the desired height and encourage side shoots. Replant healthy cuttings to expand your plant group. Avoid sudden changes in lighting, CO₂ supply or water conditions, as these may stress delicate stems.
