Planting & Care Tips

Plant Rotala Macrandra Mini Gold stems individually in nutrient-rich aquarium substrate, leaving enough space between them for light penetration and healthy growth. Grouping several stems together can create a beautiful golden display.

Provide strong lighting, stable CO₂ supplementation and balanced macro- and micronutrients. Relatively soft water and consistent fertilisation can help maintain healthy foliage and attractive golden tones. Sudden fluctuations in CO₂, nutrients or water conditions may cause leaf loss or reduced colour intensity.

Trim the stems carefully to maintain the desired shape and encourage side shoots. Replant healthy cuttings to expand your plant group and create a fuller, more colourful aquascape.
