Planting & Care Tips

Plant Myriophyllum Aquaticum stems in suitable aquarium substrate, leaving enough space between stems for light penetration and water circulation. Provide moderate to strong lighting, balanced nutrients and stable water conditions to encourage healthy foliage.

CO₂ supplementation can support stronger submerged growth, although it is not essential in every setup. Regular trimming helps prevent excessive growth and shading of neighbouring plants. Healthy stem cuttings can be used to propagate additional plants.

Responsible plant care: Myriophyllum Aquaticum can become invasive when introduced into natural waterways. Never release aquarium plants or trimmings into ponds, lakes, drains or other natural water systems. Dispose of unwanted plant material securely.
