Planting & Care Tips

Plant Rotala Indica stems individually in suitable aquarium substrate, leaving enough space between them for light penetration and healthy growth. Planting several stems together creates a fuller, more attractive display.

Provide suitable lighting, balanced nutrients and stable water conditions. Stronger lighting can encourage pink-red coloration, while additional CO₂ can support more vigorous growth. Regular trimming helps maintain the desired height and encourages side shoots.

Replant healthy stem cuttings to expand your plant group and create a dense, natural-looking aquarium background.
