Planting & Care Tips

Plant Ludwigia Sphaerocarpa stems in suitable aquarium substrate, allowing enough space between plants for light penetration and healthy growth. Provide strong lighting, balanced nutrients and stable water conditions to encourage attractive foliage.

CO₂ supplementation is recommended to support compact growth and colour development. Under insufficient lighting, the plant may grow more loosely and remain greener. A balanced aquarium fertiliser can help maintain healthy leaves and encourage new growth.

Trim stems as needed to maintain your preferred layout, and replant healthy cuttings to expand your plant group. Allow newly introduced plants time to adapt to submerged aquarium conditions.
