Green Rili Shrimp

Green Rili Shrimp are ornamental freshwater shrimp with an attractive green colour pattern. They can bring extra colour and variety to shrimp aquariums and planted freshwater tanks, particularly when displayed against contrasting substrates and aquatic plants.

A mature aquarium with stable water parameters is important for their wellbeing. Provide gentle filtration, moss, plants, and surfaces where biofilm can develop. Supplement their natural grazing with a suitable shrimp food and avoid sudden changes in water conditions.

Care tips:

• Aquarium: Mature freshwater tank

• Diet: Biofilm, algae, and specialised shrimp food

• Environment: Moss, plants, and hiding places

• Compatibility: Peaceful tank mates that will not eat shrimp

• Water conditions: Stable parameters are essential
